I bring years of leadership experience in healthcare training, EMS accreditation, and program development to help EMS, nursing, and allied health professionals navigate career transitions and growth. I started my own career as an EMT and have since made strategic moves in EMS education, the medical device industry, and global healthcare business development.

Everyone’s goals are different, and the path to achieving them is unique. I offer practical, no-fluff guidance tailored to advancing from patient care into management, educational leadership, and beyond.

My goal is simple: turn uncertainty into clear, actionable steps so you can move forward with confidence. A proud alumnus of Bob Jones University, Western Governors University, and Harvard University. I’m based in Plano, Texas, but I support clients across the US with virtual sessions.
